Week 5-6: Core Stability & Posture Support
In Bed:
Pelvic Tilts – Engage core, tilt pelvis slightly upward (10 reps).
Toe Taps – Lift feet slightly, tap toes on bed alternately (10 reps).
On the Floor or with a Chair:
Chair-Assisted Squats – Stand, lower halfway, use chair for balance (5 reps).
Seated Spinal Twist – Hold chair sides, twist gently (hold 10 sec each side).
